### The Wonderful Waycar! — 1930 A.T.&S.F. Railroad Caboose

The newest addition to our railcar collection, our 1930 Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Waycar, has taken a place of pride at the campground entrance, hanging out with our giant T-Rex sculpture. “Waycar” is another word for “caboose”, and ours is wonderful – and seriously cool, with beautiful tile, gorgeous glass block from the Czech Republic, and a custom Murphy bed/couch. As cool as The Cool Caboose! – and completely different!

- #### The Frontier Zephyr

   1954 C.B.&Q. Vista-Dome Streamliner

Our third railcar reimagineering is well underway. 236 dome railcars were built pre-Amtrak, and this will be the first and only in the country to be turned into stationary lodging! This 1954 Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Vista-Dome streamliner lounge/sleeper passenger railcar is being transformed into an extraordinary overnight experience. Pre-Amtrak in its glory days, this iconic car is moving down the track to welcome guests. Stay tuned — the Frontier Zephyr is coming soon!
- #### The Loco-Motive!

   1949 EMD F7-A Locomotive

The most powerful of our railcar collection, our 1949 Electro-Motive Division (of General Motors) F7-A locomotive will soon become only the second locomotive in the country to be turned into stationary lodging. It sits proudly on a platform mound at the very back of the campground, patiently waiting its turn to be reimagined into the coolest locomotive you will ever sleep in, decorated in "Peruvian Steampunk"! Stay tuned for a 2027 opening....
